
Nella G. Barkley holds a B.A. from Sweet Briar College, having studied in France. She has received special training in organizational development and management by objectives through Educational Systems and Designs, Dr. Eva Schindler - Rainman ( Los Angeles), and the Teren Corporation, among others. She completed the Advanced Management Program, Harvard Business School in 1975. She has managed large scale projects and provided training for managers as well as boards of directors in long range planning, the establishment of specific concurrent objectives, and the implementation of appropriate strategies. She is co-founder of the Crystal - Barkley Corporation, which devotes itself to teaching individuals and management how to make maximum satisfying use of their human resources.
