During the past forty years, I have established real estate development partnerships and corporations which were formed for the purpose of owning, building and managing shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks and apartments.  During this time span, we have developed more than $1,000,000,000 in investment income producing property using today's values.

For more than ten years, we were involved in the music and entertainment industry.  Our first acquisition was Merit Music Corporation, which grew to be the fifth largest publishing firm in the United States with branches in Los Angeles and Hong Kong.  This business was expanded to include a record company.  As a further entry into the entertainment business, we were involved in the production of movies, and for several years, established a major animation company in Schenzhen, China, employing 1,100 people.

I have been personally responsible for the development of all the above listed companies, and presently serve as total owner or managing general partner, CEO and Chairman of the Board in the corporations listed.

My special interests, outside of business, are mostly involved with the outdoors.  What free time I am able to steal is spent hunting, fishing, riding and playing tennis.  For more than twenty years, I have been an avid collector of classic antique cars and have served on both national boards of the above car clubs.  I have a collection of cars that include all of the major American classics, most of which are restored and have won national honors.
